Editor's Verdict
👍 Pros
- ✓Products are marketed as vegan and paraben-free, with claims of dermatological testing
- ✓Wide payment options including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay
- ✓Catalog covers a specific niche — facial serums, body lotions, and creams targeting hyperpigmentation and other concerns
- ✓Also distributed via wholesale platforms like Faire for retailers
👎 Cons
- ✕Multiple independent reviewers describe orders never arriving, or only partially fulfilled (e.g. receiving one item from a two-item set) with no correspondence or explanation
- ✕Customer service is repeatedly described as unresponsive — no email confirmation, no follow-up, and live chat sessions that end without resolution
- ✕Independent review aggregators show very low scores (as low as 1-2/5) based on the limited verified reviews available
- ✕Several customers explicitly describe their experience as feeling like a scam, citing no refund or delivery after payment
- ✕Review volume is small, which combined with the negative pattern above, makes it hard to independently verify positive claims about product efficacy

Frequently Asked Questions
The brand operates and takes orders, but the available independent reviews raise real concerns — multiple customers describe orders that never arrived or were incomplete, along with unresponsive customer service. Proceed carefully and keep order documentation.
Based on independent reviews, email and live chat support have not reliably resolved missing-order issues for some customers. If you don't receive a response within a reasonable window, contacting your payment provider (credit card or PayPal) to dispute the charge may be the more effective route.
The brand states its products are vegan, paraben-free, and dermatologically tested. We don't have independent lab verification of these specific claims beyond what the brand publishes.

I purchased a cream and serum duo but only received the cream. No response after multiple emails, and the live chat ticket went nowhere. Wouldn't order again.

Paid for 2-day processing almost a month ago and still haven't received my product. No one responds to inquiries, including through their own live chat.

My order actually did arrive and the serum felt nice on my skin. Seems hit or miss based on other reviews I've read, so I'd say order with some caution.
